• Develop, test, & implement quality assurance plans and evaluate quality standards with limited direction) S, U3 S# h6 Y" l
• Execute solid judgement to ensure the use of acceptable test procedures and test methods " D3 ~% ]+ N( h' ]
• Work independently to maintain, modify and enhance existing quality assurance testing methods and processes
3 c+ S- u4 [) e" y• Interface with other organizations to establish test development strategies and procedures to improve test efficiencies related to the product designs, G3 H [& i& a
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of testing activies and projects0 a2 A. A/ Y+ K) V' O
• Analyze test results, pro-actively seeks solutions, recommends corrective action4 z! b1 l: ~2 `0 w/ W
• Provide solutions to a wide range of technical issues

Skills: 3-6 years experience with the following
u1 g4 f J3 I- R9 O" s5 R• Strong ability to develop specialized and innovative tests, as required
+ a- _$ t, I' @1 Q• Solid abilities to troubleshoot complex power and control circuits8 t$ Y: \/ T7 p- {+ i( V
• Experience with analog circuits, circuit analysis and circuit debugging4 v3 Z5 [% P5 ?0 Y( w2 J5 O0 G
• Knowledge and wide application of engineering principles, concepts and theories
, d0 {; ]# l- |( j) D• Experience AC-DC power supply design, testing and troubleshooting4 ]5 p; I* \7 z; p* U4 {: D
• Strong knowledge of AC power including single and three-phase through 5000 VRMS0 `0 m0 o1 u, |9 T
• Fully competent in all necessary QA skills and tools) M. Z1 c! U) m
• Understanding of overall business environment and project management
3 q0 R! x& w# a6 `/ y, p9 E2 i• Strong written & verbal communication skills
3 m; |3 e$ B$ e# p, A• Capable of executing a wide range of QA tests and processes
