2 V* ?$ o7 [) N6 g. C( v3 u• Develop, test, & implement quality assurance plans and evaluate quality standards with limited direction: B0 }9 I ~: s$ i' P( L
• Execute solid judgement to ensure the use of acceptable test procedures and test methods
0 u/ }) x! F4 \- y8 z2 K: P• Work independently to maintain, modify and enhance existing quality assurance testing methods and processes. E- C I/ _& N) M# n0 Y0 z
• Interface with other organizations to establish test development strategies and procedures to improve test efficiencies related to the product designs& \ y. F! x: _
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of testing activies and projects
1 a5 N6 \ K3 R! B6 `* `• Analyze test results, pro-actively seeks solutions, recommends corrective action
% M3 x2 l0 D' Q3 m- S2 s) m• Provide solutions to a wide range of technical issues

Skills: 3-6 years experience with the following ) @$ Y, ?9 \$ T: {/ `
• Strong ability to develop specialized and innovative tests, as required. \' f; y8 j) @+ B# D+ v7 k# P
• Solid abilities to troubleshoot complex power and control circuits
' X8 o. b: t. s% d2 I- n: }1 Q• Experience with analog circuits, circuit analysis and circuit debugging8 o" L! ` Y# n8 X! u( e
• Knowledge and wide application of engineering principles, concepts and theories [2 X* K% _8 _. K
• Experience AC-DC power supply design, testing and troubleshooting
% R' V+ ^( s( n M: M8 J• Strong knowledge of AC power including single and three-phase through 5000 VRMS
$ C8 a, q# K% H" n, o7 d- }% b• Fully competent in all necessary QA skills and tools/ v( C* @' D' g4 s2 |
• Understanding of overall business environment and project management/ R8 {: s/ h" W: K
• Strong written & verbal communication skills

Education Required: Minimum B.S. in Electrical Engineering
