Our Product Standards Are Unchanged' Z7 a5 ^8 X6 ?+ S1 E& G
• Total lead standard for surface coatings continues at 90ppm
2 O% j9 Y9 i4 e+ }* K3 d• Total lead standard for substrates continues at 300ppm (more stringent requirements for5 H( Y4 i' z& Q' V& }- T, x/ v
selected categories such as PVC shoes/raincoats, jewelry, etc.)
5 f% t5 \, ^! }& N8 ^$ F8 T+ `• We will test in accordance with regulatory guidelines regarding accessibility and exceptions; f7 F# k1 V7 r
• Packages used for children’s items that are intended – as determined by the lab- to store
3 D6 g7 w) \' `0 H6 r* y/ `6 othe product and/or be used by the child with the product will be subjected to use and abuse

• R Us direction is that we will continue to reduce the PVC in our packaging. PVC Packaging
" a0 q7 s' |" N2 eshould not be used if there is a viable feasible alternative. Vendors should work with the

# ^1 H. Q$ y( m4 ^product inclusive of brand name, country of origin, importer of record, and/or purchase order5 Q& Z+ H0 h. O/ r: Q" X

/ D2 q+ l2 N( D- D• All items within scope of AB 1108, CPSIA, or EU phthalate directive must be “P4” compliant8 i" \, [ `- n+ S A
(i.e. not contain greater than 0.1% w/w of DEHP, DBP, BBP, or DnHP). Mouthable items
# J6 m6 H7 r% |/ \% U- n, ]8 l! y- jmust additionally not contain <0.1% DnOP, DIDP, or DINP (“P7” compliant)." F# [4 k# e+ K8 S
• Phthalates will be tested in surface coatings; also inaccessible components may be tested
