Question: Various IEC standards have requirements for humidity/temperature4 ~. _0 d# G7 F0 G3 D
conditioning, but have different specifications for the test conditions.

There does not seem to be a technical justification for the differences in the- C# V$ s: y4 K) n# _; S. T$ ~

Accordingly, it is suggested and recommended that the humidity/temperature

Decision: The chamber is to be set at 93% RH, with +/-3% RH tolerance, at a convenient9 `/ N2 e7 b8 ]" I5 T" a, i
temperature between 20°C and 30°C, but the chosen temperature to be kept. u* g9 R3 S9 E8 B5 }/ P
within +/- 2°C during the test.& @1 A* d8 U1 o" W' M
The standard specifications for the humidity are to be met at the
, D4 B6 K+ `$ ^. L$ o' Ereference/measuring point, where the controlling humidity sensor is located.
# t& l0 H" ^, Q4 {8 PThe tolerances permitted in CTL DSH 251A (+/-6% RH) are allowed in other* z9 L% t) w Y
parts of the humidity chamber, away from the reference point.
