Job Responsibilities:
  W: d& m" i8 ?" a; k1.  Power converter design, which includes: magnetic and close-loop control design, component selection, stress and thermal analyze.
( k. N3 f  a0 i3 @; d, _, L2.  Define detail design scheme, schedule and test point
- {. V; \9 ~1 V( B3.  Project documentation respect to the requirements of R&D procedure
6 y6 t9 B$ g9 y, l9 J" Z4.  Coordinate with component, mechanical and qualification engineers.

Job Requirements:
8 T4 s) T/ {0 Q. Q- J1.  B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics;
) k4 `  J! L; n9 P' P2.  Good understanding power conversion, semiconductor device theory, applied electromagnetic theory, instrumentation and controls;
1 n% r' G) _1 ]3 |3.  5 yrs experience in design of power electronics products (UPS, Telecom Switching mode Power Supply etc.) is preferred;
# j4 `9 f8 ]1 P4.  Strong ability in circuit analysis and proficient in using circuit simulators;
5.  Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6.Good at English (spoken/written)
