谢2楼，因我没有具体看英文版。我现理解清了，我认真看了这两个标准对non-rewireable的这个概念名称虽译成不同词， GB7000译为“不可重接线...”，GB2099译成“不可拆卸.....”，但从其下定义其实意思基本相同的，如果只从概念的中文名称上看时，有可能马大哈地将GB2099的non-rewireable中文字眼“不可拆.....”看成与GB7000的non-detachable“不可拆卸......”是同一意思。
    如果这两个标准的起草人能统一一下就好了，如GB2099也将non-rewireable译成“不可重接线.....”，不要译成“不可拆卸.....”更好，不然真易误解！

我一直支持有条件直接看英文版的，因为不同的标准是由不同的标委会的人员翻译的，在理解上和用词上很难保证绝对的一致。一旦有疑义一定要立刻查原版。（其实英文原版有时也不能绝对避免歧义）

5.2.3 A non-detachable flexible cable or cord is a  normal flexible supply cable which is only
detachable  with the use of a tool. A detachable flexible cable or cord can be removed simply

上面是60598上面对两种的定义，从上面来看还是有点区别的。GB7000的定义也是一样的。
5 y2 c6 q4 W; H' R5 Q( C 从字面上来看：non-detachable其实是可拆卸的，不过要借助工具。non-rewireable 拆了之后产品就不能正常工作了。
