Job Responsibilities:
. i& X. ^! |+ Y7 M' d7 b% r1.  Power converter design, which includes: magnetic and close-loop control design, component selection, stress and thermal analyze.
2.  Define detail design scheme, schedule and test point
3.  Project documentation respect to the requirements of R&D procedure
4.  Coordinate with component, mechanical and qualification engineers.

  H/ ^8 R4 d, sJob Requirements:
) F  E' Z8 K+ W$ }2 X( v1.  B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics;
( E' d6 c* Y: e) Q! K( u1 m2.  Good understanding power conversion, semiconductor device theory, applied electromagnetic theory, instrumentation and controls;
0 A$ t8 W) N5 q+ l- `. K3.  5 yrs experience in design of power electronics products (UPS, Telecom Switching mode Power Supply etc.) is preferred;
3 k* t$ {3 d+ a+ g/ v3 v" D4.  Strong ability in circuit analysis and proficient in using circuit simulators;
5.  Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6.Good at English (spoken/written)
