3.1.9.106 Rice cookers are operated with the rice container filled with water to the level of maximum rated capacity. Water is added to maintain the level during boiling.
/ r, E, d3 d1 O% l1 T' c0 A1 TWhen operated in the keep-warm mode, the rice cooker is operated with the rice container empty.

19.4 The appliance is tested under the conditions specified in clause 11. Any control that limits the temperature during the test of clause 11 is short-circuited.

当然这有点钻牛角尖了。从安全角度考虑,限温器是一定要短路的,而且要烧到没水还要继续。
