Objectives:

/ c* m6 h! M/ h9 o/ Z: c2 dDuties & Responsibilities:
' |0 m y, c( w `+ @7 d-Communicate with the inspection coordinator to make sure fully understanding the requirements on our offer (clients’ special requirements, sample size, safety standards, technical documents etc.);
$ c- R! ] @- g h) z0 r-Inspection preparation (inspection tools, history record etc.);
: X9 y5 h6 p4 m2 y-Carry out the product inspection according to the requirements of the client / safety standards /LCIE China protocol /LCIE China checklist can finish independently and issue report in time;
* s* J; _( F% R q. Y-Prepare the inspection report and make the impartial conclusion;! \: `& R+ f# n1 }/ z6 T
-Communicate with the factory representative about the defects found during inspection and inspection conditions in factory;
5 _/ |) }9 f/ H# m, h, c3 K-Report the unexpected matter in time during inspection to inspection manager or related inspection coordinator;
$ z$ r6 Z& \9 Z/ s8 T-Perform sample control according to the requirements of the client / safety standards / LCIE China protocol / LCIE China checklist in office and issue report in time;7 C. e! @! n- B; v( Z4 p# x
-Support the test team to finish the testing and issue report in time;' H: U2 s" |' E* S' F0 o; O
-Subcontracting the marking review to Technical team;$ S! g8 O& \7 L& Z4 E2 g
-Finish the tasks assigned by inspection manager;( A; I3 Y. @1 {! b3 c1 R5 R1 `7 K
-Keep the inspection tools in good condition;
% L1 F" Y: X2 j! S" {, V l-Participate the discussion of standard, compiling and updating check list;
0 i$ M+ b. v; y7 S! u-Comply with the Quality procedures;$ b9 k) a. ^) z$ C# K
1 z4 |) ~. L, J* t% M+ x1 G2 e1 SSkills and Requirements:
6 Q0 G7 K: E# V/ u0 Y-Understand the inspection procedures;
# d% F& B/ t1 j- s4 j-Basic inspection skills (knowledge of the product concerning the function & safety standards, knowledge of inspection tools and instruments);
# |# w3 c7 L! h- F-Be able to do inspection independently;
: ]3 z- l9 U S1 u6 ?! l$ t-Can work under pressure (supplier /factory…);9 M( a- z+ {3 i3 G7 I8 f
-Strong communication skills with client/ supplier /factory /inspection engineer /other staff;9 d# d6 I, A% ~) q1 H7 ?
-Willing to travel frequently% o) Y, x) p( J- {6 ^+ @
0 C& e2 S. f/ w; a8 Z7 V$ x% k$ KEducation & Experience:; O: {2 B# k9 I( a" p
-Bachelor degree major in Electrical / Mechanical or similar fields;
$ i* z2 H# M5 |4 [* L% E& b-2-3 years of experiences in quality control on electrical /mechanical products;
2 m5 M" c* T& B5 j- r4 d-Good mandarin, English CET-4 or above, be able to read and write related inspection reports /safety standards;
3 u7 P4 D! O C7 j% I. M! a-Good knowledge of the office software, e.g. Word, Excel…, y3 r# D8 _/ Q0 B1 N, j
% V7 R( F. N, W. }. b$ B0 H, Y8 d
