Q$ x5 D, F3 nMexico moved very quickly to finalize the catalog of specific equipment subject to mandatory energy consumption labeling per the Regulation to the 2008 Law on Sustainable Energy Use (See the below summary of labeling requirements under this law). The National Commission for Efficient Energy Use (CONUEE) published the final catalog in the Official Gazette on September 10, 2010, and the requirements purportedly went into effect the following day. As expected, a broad range of electronics are on the list of 186 products that must be labeled with energy consumption information, including battery chargers, computers and computer monitors, and external power supplies |
