在做IEC60601-1:2012时,内部电路到外壳的爬电距离、空气间隙是否需要考虑?

次级电路到外壳(塑料外壳)之间的绝缘要求是否需要符合1MOPP,工作电压240V和2MOPP,工作电压70V的绝缘要求呢。测量的爬电距离的点是不是次级电路到外壳的缝隙处?- X7 ^5 k9 h9 e; d
