关于对IEC60335-1（GB 4706.1） 27.3 接地要求的理解，请指教

产品没有接地连续的可拆部件，是否执行下面红色那段内容？

27.3 If a detachable part having an earth connection is plugged into another part of the appliance, the earth connection shall be made before the current-carrying connections are
& U6 i% ]" ~3 k8 s! B3 l+ Sestablished. The current-carrying connections shall be separated before the earth connection when removing the part.

For appliances with supply cords, the arrangement of the terminals, or the length of the conductors between the cord anchorage and the terminals, shall be such that the currentcarrying conductors become taut before the earthing conductor if the cord slips out of the cord anchorage.

红色的是针对带电源软性的器具，和你说的“没有接地连续的可拆卸部件”没直接关系呀~

红色文字说的是电源软线的器具（通俗讲就是带三角插头的电源线的器具），其地线的长度要保证当地线绷紧前，火零线就要先绷紧。接地连续性的可拆卸部件标准里是哪个定义？
