5 Classification of equipment

Class A:
% t! N8 d; ?; ]- }; M/ E– balanced three-phase equipment;* d8 b. w# @# S0 K0 q1 i% \& l4 s
– household appliances, excluding equipment identified as class D;; `. h$ w. @9 J$ n2 D9 H
– tools, excluding portable tools;8 ?- j$ |& Y2 Z5 [
– dimmers for incandescent lamps;+ P7 ^! {% p6 Q1 R9 W
– audio equipment.
7 Y% |) D% L9 _% m" rEquipment not specified in one of the three other classes shall be considered as class A

9 W8 z1 t/ T% T9 q6 `6 F6 eNOTE 1 Equipment that can be shown to have a significant effect on the supply system may be reclassified in a

– number of pieces of equipment in use;0 u1 f( R! e {1 P
– duration of use;

– arc welding equipment which is not professional equipment.
