4.1 Category I: apparatus containing no electronic control circuitry.

Electric circuits consisting of passive components (such as radio interference suppression& v+ z7 j [- ^
capacitors or inductors, mains transformers and mains frequency rectifiers) are not considered

and microwave ovens) containing electronic control circuitry with no internal clock frequency or" E5 ?; d7 g6 w# x4 \
oscillator frequency higher than 15 MHz.& f+ A% K+ Z! j, Z$ V
NOTE For toys, examples include educational computers, organs, track sets with electronic control units.9 C7 t, \4 L4 b9 z
4.3 Category III: battery powered apparatus (with built-in batteries or external batteries),

with no internal clock frequency or oscillator frequency higher than 15 MHz.
