Production Manager  (Located In Yancheng, Jiangsu Province)
Responsibilities:

    Direct supervision of production team members including scheduling, training, attendance, goal setting, and time off.
6 D, R8 t( V% @, Y; H" a2 O    Manage relationship with UL and other testing laboratories
* g( i4 `6 Y; S- J2 U' s% f- _    Work closely with Production Planning to manage scheduling and ensure on-time deliveries to our customers.
    Maintain an efficient work schedule to meet production demand.
    Manage and update all changes to production work procedures.
$ v) h2 b# H# }5 X6 L5 d, b  s    Responsibility for safety of production activities and team members.
: @: g  ?, u8 [! D- E    Work closely with all production support staff to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our operations.
    Management responsibility for all manufacturing related transactions to ensure accurate  data.

Experience and Skills Required:

    5+ years of experience in relevant supervisory experience in a fast paced environment
2 m$ m' Z, r* Z    Must have manufacturing experience, with a focus on decorative lighting for Christmas, lawn/garden, LED and Solar power.
& }5 R" f0 Y% y    Familiarity with UL 588
8 ^0 m/ m+ f" p0 I! Q    High level of initiative, organization, accuracy, and judgment
% y, i6 [  F& q    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
' h, l  ]( o8 c4 M4 B    Self starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    Ability to build professional relationships with a varied number of team members
    Persistence, motivation, and professionalism to find answers and solve problems
