Job Responsibilities:
1 B( Z4 L- Y: a  d' W0 o1.  Power converter design, which includes: magnetic and close-loop control design, component selection, stress and thermal analyze.
2.  Define detail design scheme, schedule and test point
3.  Project documentation respect to the requirements of R&D procedure
5 N) I) S3 P& s3 m0 o1 l; A. }) g4.  Coordinate with component, mechanical and qualification engineers.

* u5 z) q9 w# @0 `1.  B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics;
2.  Good understanding power conversion, semiconductor device theory, applied electromagnetic theory, instrumentation and controls;
( a( n  L4 z) I& @8 e6 p3.  5 yrs experience in design of power electronics products (UPS, Telecom Switching mode Power Supply etc.) is preferred;
4.  Strong ability in circuit analysis and proficient in using circuit simulators;
5.  Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6.Good at English (spoken/written)
