Components subjected to single component fault conditions include IEC 384 -14, U, Y, Y2 or Y4 capacitors, or resistors which bridge double or reinforced insulation. IEC 60384 -14, Y1 capacitors were not faulted.

Measurements were made under both normal and single fault conditions as notes below. Y1 Capacitors were subjected to single fault conditions.
