Objectives:

Duties & Responsibilities:
8 u2 i3 h/ I: t8 A" B- h3 Z# e-Communicate with the inspection coordinator to make sure fully understanding the requirements on our offer (clients’ special requirements, sample size, safety standards, technical documents etc.);
0 ?; o* Q. ^9 D/ C5 Y1 `) A# |-Inspection preparation (inspection tools, history record etc.);
1 Y0 O' W3 M9 z: Y& i9 B-Carry out the product inspection according to the requirements of the client / safety standards /LCIE China protocol /LCIE China checklist can finish independently and issue report in time; b, q3 W3 k7 n2 G
-Prepare the inspection report and make the impartial conclusion;( v. ~0 w8 }( W$ r- ]
-Communicate with the factory representative about the defects found during inspection and inspection conditions in factory;2 U. x+ y; z# Z/ }& g' b
-Report the unexpected matter in time during inspection to inspection manager or related inspection coordinator;6 _& {' i0 I+ M; E# u
-Perform sample control according to the requirements of the client / safety standards / LCIE China protocol / LCIE China checklist in office and issue report in time;0 _9 K: t8 i- e1 K8 d7 M8 x
-Support the test team to finish the testing and issue report in time;( _2 N l- [9 Z
-Subcontracting the marking review to Technical team;: c8 P' f+ `7 l) F( {
-Finish the tasks assigned by inspection manager;3 L0 X9 \ O$ N* ]
-Keep the inspection tools in good condition;% U8 M K, S- F+ m) _
-Participate the discussion of standard, compiling and updating check list;. C0 k2 T% o- I/ f; o Q- Y; j
-Comply with the Quality procedures;( g0 q# e$ O3 J* Q
4 M) o4 @0 D6 w0 ]9 L* S0 T7 qSkills and Requirements:: u( |& U! i/ R- W, X/ W
-Understand the inspection procedures;
+ X Y8 R" P+ A5 q( i5 P& I-Basic inspection skills (knowledge of the product concerning the function & safety standards, knowledge of inspection tools and instruments);
; g& h) |$ u# K/ ?' `( d% j: ^-Be able to do inspection independently;
7 i# X' L- M9 s-Can work under pressure (supplier /factory…);5 L5 B2 `: K7 f% H
-Strong communication skills with client/ supplier /factory /inspection engineer /other staff;3 l' l2 O1 f+ o$ i' c5 l
-Willing to travel frequently

: m7 X; T" b" NEducation & Experience:
; m8 m# j1 q+ A-Bachelor degree major in Electrical / Mechanical or similar fields;
% c6 g8 T( U- N1 g$ t-2-3 years of experiences in quality control on electrical /mechanical products;$ b" S7 s, R9 z
-Good mandarin, English CET-4 or above, be able to read and write related inspection reports /safety standards;( V0 ?) c' w+ i, O8 c4 ~
-Good knowledge of the office software, e.g. Word, Excel…' R' x* J" N. O3 }7 H
