1. The number shall consist of five sections separated by the ‘*’ character.

Section 2: the number of this Directive. As it contains different implementation
/ ^/ P4 a4 q2 f% \  E6 o5 rdates and different technical standards, two alphabetical
3 |8 w( ]4 v+ y0 X1 ^* wcharacters are added. These characters refer to the
. q8 D! L* m$ Y9 N! ~different application dates for the stages of severity and to
the application of the engine for different specification of
mobile machinery, on the basis of which type-approval was
granted. The first character is defined in Article 9. The
second character is defined in Annex I, section 1 with
regard to the test mode defined in Annex III, section 3.6.
+ u7 g. l( U/ t/ o- |; M- Y8 F9 DSection 3: the number of the latest amending Directive applicable to the
# X+ t8 b$ S1 f; e5 p# G3 Kapproval. If applicable two further alphabetical characters are
- q6 a, W) z, q" u' u9 nto be added depending on the conditions described in section
2, even if as a result of the new parameters only one of the
7 Y! V1 R0 J1 D/ Ucharacters was to be changed. If no change of these characters
6 M# J$ k% ~8 q' ]+ Happly they shall be omitted.
6 G5 p" p( {( X$ H$ `4 Z: h( ~/ sSection 4: a four-digit sequential number (with leading zeros as
applicable) to denote the base approval number. The
sequence shall start from 0001.
* E+ X. W5 B8 ^Section 5: a two-digit sequential number (with a leading zero if
% r6 G7 R9 P- F9 K, O/ Yapplicable) to denote the extension. The sequence shall
; u! f( j& G5 xstart from 01 for each base approval number.

application date A (stage I, upper powerband) and to the application of the

E11是VCA负责，中国北京有他们的机构，直接问他们就行了。
