. a. K8 P3 L0 U$ d/ [$ f% [•    Develop, test, & implement quality assurance plans and evaluate quality standards with limited direction
6 v8 n4 w% X/ d2 O' w•    Execute solid judgement to ensure the use of acceptable test procedures and test methods
5 ^. N4 Q2 Q! e! w; M: k•    Work independently to maintain, modify and enhance existing quality assurance testing methods and processes
•    Interface with other organizations to establish test development strategies and procedures to improve test efficiencies related to the product designs
" {# y" V# I  n8 t7 o; a' i•    Provide timely and accurate reporting of testing activies and projects
4 Q- |1 q1 @! R( I! L% Q0 \•    Analyze test results, pro-actively seeks solutions, recommends corrective action
•    Provide solutions to a wide range of technical issues

5 ]. d& d0 v' S( jSkills: 3-6 years experience with the following
•    Strong ability to develop specialized and innovative tests, as required
1 a- P  B! @, f/ c7 ]$ A6 o•    Solid abilities to troubleshoot complex power and control circuits
•    Experience with analog circuits, circuit analysis and circuit debugging
5 u* i6 m/ T  T- W+ E% t  _5 e' I•    Knowledge and wide application of engineering principles, concepts and theories
+ a$ w& P1 F% H4 K) O) T•    Experience AC-DC power supply design, testing and troubleshooting
•    Strong knowledge of AC power including single and three-phase through 5000 VRMS
•    Fully competent in all necessary QA skills and tools
6 e& b- Q; c. \•    Understanding of overall business environment and project management
+ I; U3 G, @2 a3 C9 v•    Strong written & verbal communication skills
