7 G3 p2 y$ y: X/ Z•    Develop, test, & implement quality assurance plans and evaluate quality standards with limited direction
•    Execute solid judgement to ensure the use of acceptable test procedures and test methods
0 b% i5 w, F7 L/ c2 P' |•    Work independently to maintain, modify and enhance existing quality assurance testing methods and processes
•    Interface with other organizations to establish test development strategies and procedures to improve test efficiencies related to the product designs
•    Provide timely and accurate reporting of testing activies and projects
: R; i$ W# v3 K8 a6 N9 ?•    Analyze test results, pro-actively seeks solutions, recommends corrective action
•    Provide solutions to a wide range of technical issues

Skills: 3-6 years experience with the following
•    Strong ability to develop specialized and innovative tests, as required
•    Solid abilities to troubleshoot complex power and control circuits
•    Experience with analog circuits, circuit analysis and circuit debugging
•    Knowledge and wide application of engineering principles, concepts and theories
$ m- o5 ?. K5 a  Q9 K. L- r) }•    Experience AC-DC power supply design, testing and troubleshooting
3 M6 f( |* d9 K: G; f$ g/ n•    Strong knowledge of AC power including single and three-phase through 5000 VRMS
. U: r! ]2 g& s•    Fully competent in all necessary QA skills and tools
. u$ J7 o9 }7 ^1 n9 B9 q•    Understanding of overall business environment and project management
•    Strong written & verbal communication skills

Education Required:   Minimum B.S. in Electrical Engineering
