Production Manager  (Located In Yancheng, Jiangsu Province)
Responsibilities:  
5 G: }, R- t# W2 b3 U# v, x
    Direct supervision of production team members including scheduling, training, attendance, goal setting, and time off.
: F, Y: R3 t: I* n    Manage relationship with UL and other testing laboratories
# \" q) E4 k5 G) \( u    Work closely with Production Planning to manage scheduling and ensure on-time deliveries to our customers.
    Maintain an efficient work schedule to meet production demand.
& W( z) o0 x# L; s' c6 }' q    Manage and update all changes to production work procedures.
+ Z6 T6 j" ?# o    Responsibility for safety of production activities and team members.
    Work closely with all production support staff to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our operations.
    Management responsibility for all manufacturing related transactions to ensure accurate  data.

Experience and Skills Required:
4 P5 @# u$ B, f
    5+ years of experience in relevant supervisory experience in a fast paced environment
- J0 ?" a) t* M3 z0 R, N3 P, V# _    Must have manufacturing experience, with a focus on decorative lighting for Christmas, lawn/garden, LED and Solar power.
    Familiarity with UL 588
4 S! R5 A: T1 T9 M    High level of initiative, organization, accuracy, and judgment
1 y5 O7 k8 E9 I- ^# y8 ^& b    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
$ z4 {/ O: q. j    Self starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
    Ability to build professional relationships with a varied number of team members
    Persistence, motivation, and professionalism to find answers and solve problems
    Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
