原义实际是“带关节的试指对器具任何一个可能的位置不施加明显的力(不知道老版本是不是制定5N的力)进行检查,并且试指在进入开口前,进入过程中,进入之后都要在最大的进入深度旋转和弯折关节”,“如果试指不能进入,则将试指关节挺直施加20N的力,如果试指进入了,那么在这种情况下所达到的深度,重复进行旋转和弯折关节检查是否触及带电体。”8 t9 P H+ M# x; T7 j9 N N2 H( V

注意重复的内容是在20N的力下进入的深度进行旋转和弯折关节,不是重新不施加力来检查。
