* Have the general overview of the QA technician's work performance and their possible need of education/ S# Q3 S" }% Z) g7 F
* Be a role model in proactive quality assurance+ F. k8 [7 _ ?/ q
* Make sure the whole team is working with the same tools and methods
" o3 v8 n$ y( @) M6 m; t* Close communication with QA Manager to lead the QA team to be able to secure all products meet our requirements re physical, chemical and color standards: p7 J/ Z5 s+ |7 r# a; k0 j2 \
* Secure QA team good cooperation with all relevant PO teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process7 E* i% \, Q# j; g1 N
* Secure the test lead times
' J7 x4 k( ?6 o. _8 Z, a8 E! Y* Ensure that the test lab has relevant and maintained equipment
6 F( \; `' C$ Y- C8 {* Perform internal lab tests using our methods and tools. Aim for our tests to meet H&M requirements.
6 I( i1 ]- v1 t' I* Initiate & follow up external lab tests.

* Use working system for all registration and follow up of tests.
5 o& [# B& i: o9 Q* Keep the lab equipment in good condition.
5 e0 G4 @; t& a# N* Working with QA Manager to identify and manage quality projects and investigations
5 p$ k/ s+ p ~% K( x, K0 k* Secure all PO is kept updated about new standards,requirements & restrictions2 R" ?& y9 ?9 f
* Cooperation with SEBO quality department and other PO to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment
3 U0 p7 M5 o1 L* Cooperation with H&M suppliers to secure all suppliers and their sub contractors follow all standards and commitments
! v: B: s6 J8 Z2 \/ V* Cooperation with external parties to secure the performance,lead time and price of external labs; to keep dialog with potential partner labs" J# s3 a7 V+ r+ l% w: ]* c

Main Requirement/ @! J7 A6 |6 n$ L% B) F( t
* Bachelor degree, major in textile, industrial engineering
, q# Q5 e9 g# q, t* Preferably experience in shoes lab, dye house, print house, dye stuff company or similar position in supplier or representative office. Preferred experience of leading a team in shoes industry
