Objectives:
; K7 |% ^  x! [9 z8 i7 [+ rConduct electrical product safety test as well as performance test on electrical products according to standards or testing methods
: s5 T6 U  v' l. }( s. P
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respect and apply the test program defined by the offer.
8 a7 p  y5 ~* m+ A0 g- Pick the samples from login clerks
* p  ]& z5 T2 v- Prepare the samples for testing using prescribed testing methods, following testing standards / specifications, as required.
- Prepare test plan
+ }3 D$ |' U1 u* K* j  k7 z- Issue test data sheets for recording the test results / findings.
- Apply the standards with appropriate test methods defined by LCIE china procedures when applicable
8 S( N% a$ |7 k; F6 t" @- Apply the interpretations sheets (OSM, CTL, LCIE, etc…) during the tests
9 U9 E; }# O+ g# ?2 S8 L! A- Perform construction checks and other testing on electrical products according to prescribed testing methods, standards / specifications appropriate to the sample, as required, as complexity warrants.
) y8 n; T9 M" m8 P: ~$ c- Accurately record test data and equipments used for tests, if applicable

- Support and supervise if needed Lab. Technicians to conduct testing according to relevant standards.
  [8 p+ t: c6 p; E# b: K- Review test results / data provided by Lab. Technicians.- Manage the samples for subcontracted tests
- Review the results provided by the subcontracting labs

- Transfer for signatory the test folders with all technical documents
- Transfer the samples to login clerks when tests are finished
- Provide feedback to testing Manager regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.Quality
! l% ?3 a+ v  K5 E$ ]8 k+ b - Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China
- Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements

Skills and Requirements:
- Reliable
+ Z) x* X  ]: @/ g' d& D% _- Initiative and independence in solving problems and developing methods.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks by manager request.
- Individual and Team work ethic.
, f% F5 o0 ?& Q) H; l6 P7 [- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet or exceed deadlines (with help from manager if necessary).
( ~0 ?. j/ |6 a& M- Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel.
9 q  P) t# o9 i+ d- B5 Z) j- Working knowledge of IEC / EN / UL standards relating to electrical products.
* Y- c# A* U" N$ m+ u! Q( k- Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
# T0 V& d# g3 Y- A: h- Knowledge of testing of electrical products from laboratory / manufacturing.

  H( L+ l$ Q0 REducation & Experience:
4 u; b7 ~& z  H5 K: i4 X- High Diploma / Degree in Electrical engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in electrical product safety testing.
: c# p" h! O0 @0 c9 I1 N- Good knowledge of electrical product safety
- English speaking and writing candidate will be favored.
