Position summary:
/ d+ h6 }9 j. ^8 J1 L; FMake and actualize the workshop plans. Lead the followers.

1、Make production plans according to the direction of production manager and the demands from market. Investigate and analysis the completion of tasks.+ E( K$ L% Z g9 R, f% ?9 |: O
2、Supervise the process on-site. Control the cost and make relevant plans.- b+ ?2 y. A* K4 @
3、Help the manager balancing the annual working plans. Make known to lower levels the monthly plans
8 ^* l# _ n* r8 U& q; c4 o) s4、With the cooperation of HR dept., organize the hiring, training, assessment and management works.
' j4 u9 ^ _4 C: Y- M5、Help the manager drawing dept. budget. Examine and approve the cost in every taches.* V0 S# u" @* i$ o0 i
6、Cooperate with the R. & D. dept. to develop new product. Improve technologies and working process. Improve quality.4 O( A0 X K2 o }9 L+ _( C
7、 Help the manager doing management works and improve the management system.

Educational background :
1 ~% x: o, i) M7 ?+ g. RUndergraduate and above, mechanics, electronics or relevant majors.% l0 [& m. y1 X
Training experience: ) o0 b# j6 a: y9 D# {# t# n; N
Have corresponding training/working experience in project management and knowledge about products.
- r% f6 b0 r& W9 e: q. M5 Y) u- z% DWorking Experience:
4 h3 g1 {: q0 J1 [' t" \3-5 years on relevant positions
. X- J/ B0 ^( l5 gWorking Skills :
* r& [2 A ^& O1 r* @+ ZFamiliar with the process procedures and principles of company products. Familiar with the material supply channel. Familiar with the quality standard. Can operate relevant computer software. A good command of English.
