The UK is prepared to leave the EU on 29 March 2019.

5 }2 @, T6 Y$ J8 C# PIf they leave the EU without a deal, the NEW marking “UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed)” will be used and replace the CE marking on the UK market. You will instead have to apply the new UKCA marking after 12 April 2019. 2 n6 A' P1 h' ^( a% g$ k2 k" S& z* _

Rules around affixing the new UK conformity marking will mirror those which currently apply for the application of the CE marking. . E$ Q% w% T8 Z- f2 r' F' m7 B
