the assessment, the design, manufacture and operation of the electrical equipment. The technical documentation

(b) conceptual design and manufacturing drawings and schemes of components, sub-assemblies, circuits, etc.;

关于什么情况下需要用到DOC，我曾经有发过求助帖子，好像没有什么大虾帮忙解答哦。http://bbs.angui.org/thread-134279-1-1.html

个人的理解是，很多欧盟指令里面都是笼统提到DOC的要素，但没有具体格式要求（即没有标准模板）。

可以参考一些大公司的DOC，里面包含指令里面提及的要素就可以了。发个附件给你参考下。

你发的这个是 declaration of comformity，实际就是我承诺我的商品满足要求，这个是要保存10年，与这个一起的还有一个Technical documentation，也就是我上面说的CE技术文件，两个在一起才是完整的，就像我说自己的产品是满足要求的，总要拿东西（Technical documentation）来说明吧？
