Anyway, I'd like to tell you in Nanjing, if opportunity knocks, then the agency approval engineer can get 1w+ monthly salary, not so hard, focus on that, engineer, if go to management, then more than 1W+, with 5 years+ working experience...

Also, just for reminding, if you decide to go back to Nanjing, you have to consider the opportunities limitation, as you know, Nanjing is not famous of its manufacturing, that means, not so many companies in Nanjing, as well as the third agencies, so when you decide to change the employer in the future, and still want to stay in Nanjing, you must consider this, and I can tell you, almost all the big companies(saying, multiple and international ones), I've worked for or, I have good relationship with someones worked for those, a little showing off, appreciate your understanding...
