各位,下面摘录章节的红色字部分如何理解?

在IEC61558里,这点是很明确的,但UL5085-3标准里就不太明白;% m0 f5 j ]5 U' r5 g7 K p- s
现在我们有一款UL5085-3的变压器,在25°C下进行冷态短路测试出现冒烟流脓现象(保护装置失灵),) _) I. T3 e* J3 V$ k7 l+ ]* G, X
而在105°C环境温度下进行温升稳定以后再热态短路测试就是正常的(正常保护了),* B z8 [+ W3 D& K
