The unit was positioned and loaded with whatever combination of separable components, liquid, basket with saturated ground, other material that results in the maximum tendency to overturn under conditions of normal use.

The container was subjected to the impact of 1.02Nm on a horizontal surface consisting of laminated thermosetting counter top type material adhered to a wood base surface rigidly fixed for the intended use. 3.2mm thick foam material was placed under the bottom of the appliance to prevent sliding. The container was positioned and loaded to full capacity with water. The lid was placed on the container in the intended manner. A sphere was suspended from a cord and allowed to swing as a pendulum in such a manner as to strike the container with an impact of 1.02Nm at a point most likely to cause tip-over.! H9 s$ @+ N" Y
