Question:
Based on OD-CB2020-Ed.1.7 Sub-clause 4.6.1., it is not allowed to use statements such as “OK”, “meets
- d# k! z- C: V4 |6 rthe standard”, “more than”, “less than”, or similar instead of the measured value, unless otherwise
specified by CTL.
: B& P! _* O$ G4 ?5 d$ Q& hIn certain cases the required minimum value is exceeded by a great margin.
# ^2 Y* T* X1 z6 \5 j. L: G3 |Decision:
In case that the measured minimum or maximum value is exceeding or is below the limit value for
/ I* G8 b5 n; V$ N  Z) g1 Tmore than 30%, the value given in the TRF should be >[minimum required value + 30%] or should
be < [maximum required value - 30%]. The accuracy of the used instruments is in line with CTL
# O- Q5 X& V& B; r) D0 A* pDSH 251B or better.
& P9 n$ h$ {2 W$ v! H9 _4 pFor example measurement of insulation resistance:
· required
