这些水上座椅漂亮吗？就是这些看似漂亮的座椅，出现在最近一期欧盟RAPEX（The Rapid Alert System for Non-Food Products 非食品类产品快速预警系统）2012-30周每周通报上，并被通报国采取强制退市措施。通报称该产品有溺死的危险：因为儿童在座椅上可能翻船，头可能进入水中，导致溺水的危险。产品不符合欧盟EN 13138-3标准有关游水的座椅不可以给人以玩具的印象，绝不能有丰富多彩的外观装饰。——这一事件再次提醒我们出口产品一定要了解产品到达地的法律法规和相应的产品标准。
