Directive 73/23/EEC is hereby repealed without prejudice to the
# S M% {! [& s/ G; i' N6 gobligations of the Member States relating to the time-limits for) R6 ~) m5 `( V2 C* p
transposition into national law and application of the Directives
; |; ~5 a. z% x1 bset out in Annex V, Part B.5 y- L4 k" G& Q; u# w! c
References made to the repealed Directive shall be construed as
9 h2 y' {* _" z! t0 Rbeing made to this Directive and should be read in accordance
0 Y% B6 J( Z: @with the correlation table in Annex VI.( Q' K4 r. P9 w! F0 i% u
Article 15

following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the5 R0 X. }. p- o: r2 t% c
European Union.
