现在有个样品,是塑胶外面电镀了铜,铬,镍。

在不同的检测公司做测试,却存在两种不一样的判断和测试结果6 e7 P6 l% ^8 V) F+ `
一种为:不用做此标准的溶出测试,因为是电镀层是不用测试的;# Z0 e2 V8 h5 u c" W c0 [
第二种为:需要做电镀层溶出测试,并且与涂层做法一样,那边说用机械方式能把电镀层% [+ s5 i7 N5 w$ H
与基材分离。! h% n& ]5 k( U" d( H# v3 U
第二不必多说,电镀铬的,铬超标是很正常的。- |' N" t! p; k2 ]1 v% q: r
超标就超标呗,可以换一批样。1 P7 y) M( K! z
但是有两种答复,真的不知道哪种会更准确。: L& n; X- c0 P7 g ?- E
于是后来自己查阅了,13CFR1303.2提到了相关涂层的定义范围
& ?7 s U4 A9 g# e! x; @( u(1) Paint and other similar surface-coating materials means a fluid, semi-fluid, or other material, with or without a suspension of finely divided coloring matter, which changes to a solid film when a thin layer is applied to a metal, wood, stone, paper, leather, cloth, plastic, or other surface. This term does not include printing inks or those materials which actually become a part of the substrate, such as the pigment in a plastic article, or those materials which are actually bonded to the substrate, such as by electroplating or ceramic glazing.
