由于晚生愚昧才疏学浅又来拜求讨扰，请各位大虾万望帮小弟的忙。小弟在此想求得有关日本的“电安法”的资料 正确的读法是应该“电安法技术标准手册”小弟想得到中文版的如果在座的各位高手大虾手里有这方面的资料的话小弟再三求这位大哥拉小弟一把能不能把你手中的那个资料给小弟开开眼。。。如果没有中文版的话英文版的小弟也乐意饱饱眼福。。。谢谢各位了。

The technical Requirements for Electrical Appliances and Materials set by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry pursuant to the provisions of Article 8,  Paragraph 1 of the Electrical Appliance and Material Control Law (Law No. 234, 1961) shall be as prescribed in the Appendix noted in the second column of the following table corresponding to each respective Type of Electrical Appliance and Material noted in the first column of the same table. For this purpose, in the case of Electrical Appliances and Materials having two or more of the functions of Electrical Appliances and Materials listed in the sections of “Name of Electrical Appliance and Material” of Appendix 2 of the Ordinance of the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law (Ordinance of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry No. 84, 1962), the Technical Requirements pertinent to each of the relevant products shall be applied.

日本针对于锂电池是在今年才推出来的，而且不是METI  里面的要求，而是日本的政令要求的，是有相应的JIS标准支撑的。

日本电安法规是由METI ORDINANCE 和CABLEORDINANCE组成， 而JIS标准目前也只有日文版

补充上面的一些遗漏点。

目前在日本针对于锂电池有两个标准支持。一个是JIS C8712 (二次封装电池）
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　另一个是JIS C8714（便携式电子设备含电池）

* B  n3 Q$ j( v  n2 L但是目前这两个标准只有日文版，没有相应的英文翻译版本。另外，电池指令在日本是在11月20号才开始实施，适用圆型PSE.

7 `# ^0 W/ `6 V8 I  x1 T) R, @由于没有对应的英文版本，建议大家可以参考EN 62133这个标准。里面大致的测试条款和内容一致。
包括对电芯和电池整体的一些测试要求。
