IEC 60669绝缘厚度问题

最近有款电子开关，开关的金属柄可能会被触及，依第10.2章的要求：10.2 Knobs, operating levers, push-buttons, rockers and the like shall be of insulating material, unless their accessible metal parts are separated from the metal parts of the mechanism by double insulation or reinforced insulation, or as an alternative, they are reliably connected to earth.
Compliance is checked by inspection and by the tests of clauses 16 and 23.

因此要考虑满足16章耐压和第23章的Cl，Cr和insulating sealing compound厚度的要求。

现在的方案是加热缩套管或者绝缘胶带，其它要求都容易满足，问题是绝缘厚度有要求吗，是否需要参考insulating sealing compound（绝缘密封胶）的厚度（标准要求[size=13.600000381469727px]insulating sealing compound为3mm）或者其它限值，谢谢！
