很久之前发过一个关于产品铭牌上安规logo 的帖子，看见很多人都在关注这个而且要求补充，呵呵，刚好趁着现在不忙，我继续把我搜集研究的贡献给大家。
先来澳洲的RCM ：

                        澳洲标准AS-NZS 4417.1-2009--General rules for use of the mark 是专门针对 RCM label要求的。
现在最新的是AS NZS 4417.1-2012了，这个里面已经不要求加上证书号和当地代理商信息了，只有RCM 就可以了。
该文件中解释了RCM 的意义，误用需要承担的责任，制作方式，颜色，尺寸等等。
制作RCM 的方式：
The RCM and supplier identification shall be durably applied by any suitable means such as Printing，painting，moulding， etching and engraving reproduction. Reproduction shall be legible  with normal or corrected to normal vision and no smaller than 3mm in height for the RCM and 1mm in height for supplier identification, for the life of the product, and small conform to the specification given in Clause 3.3. The RCM maybe reproduced in any colour.

特别要注意：
   该要求规定的RCM的尺寸，不得小于3mm，同时进口商代码NXXX 等高度不得小于1mm

这个新版的确实把这里删掉了，用了 brand 代替，然后在4.2 b c 里面详细解释了。

4.2 Identification of responsible supplier and equipment
(a) Responsible suppliers of equipment marked with the RCM must register their details
on the EESS national database under EESS regulations for the purpose of
identification. The EESS national database is located at www.erac.gov.au.
NOTE Suppliers of equipment currently registered with Standards Australia for the use of the RCM shall register
with the EESS national database before 31 August 2013 if they are supplying products marked with the RCM
beyond that date.
(b) When a responsible supplier uses the RCM on Level 3 equipment or Level 2
equipment as defined in AS/NZS 4417.2 the equipment shall be marked with a brand
name and model designation or type reference and this information shall be registered
by the responsible supplier on the EESS national database where required by
legislation.
(c) When a responsible supplier uses the RCM on Level 1 equipment as defined in
AS/NZS 4417.2, the equipment shall be marked with a brand name and model
designation or type reference.

The RCM, brand and model identification as specified in 4.2 (b) and (c) shall be durably applied to the equipment by a suitable means such as printing, painting, moulding, etching or engraving. Reproduction shall be legible with normal or corrected to normal vision and shall be at least 3 mm in height (H in Figure 2) for the RCM and at least 1 mm in height for the brand name and model designation or type reference.
