随便举个例子(烤箱),电源线进去不是有一段剥掉外表皮的一截线吗?那个就应该是insulated conductors of the supply cord,不知道我理解的对吗?如果是这样的话,那剥掉外皮的那段就不能碰到接地金属外壳了(class I), 而需要再加一层基本绝缘才能符合上面所说?请问大家我理解的对吗?
