How do file withdrawals, manufacturer withdrawals impact my follow up service fees?
A: All file withdrawals or updates must be made by March 15th, 2012 to avoid the associated annual AMF, ML and AL fees. The March 15th date provides customers with approximately six weeks to perform file maintenance after receiving the annual invoice. The file maintenance could result in an authorized invoice adjustment for AMF, ML and AL Fees.
Any file withdrawals or updates must be made prior to inspections to avoid fees associated with inspections
