About the ISO/TS (Technical Specification) 16949:2009
0 N4 F" {* V: |9 F/ R5 m5 xThe ISO/TS 16949 was jointly developed by the IATF members and submitted to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for approval and publication. The document is a common automotive quality system requirements catalog based on ISO 9001:2008, and specific requirements from the automotive sector. This document, coupled with customer-specific requirements defines quality system requirements for use in the automotive supply chain.
The IATF has developed a common registration scheme for supplier 3rd party registration to the ISO/TS 16949. The registration scheme includes third party auditor qualifications and common rules for consistent global registration. Some of the benefits of the IATF registration scheme include:

ISO/TS 16949:2009 will be issued during the first quarter 2009, following the ballot of the ISO TC176 and reflects the changes in ISO 9001:2008. As such, the following applies:

ISO/TS 16949:2009将在2009年第一季度发布，以顺应ISO TC176并反映ISO 9001：2008的最新精神。详见如下内容：

1) No new requirements

) a( i0 b8 m+ M, a. H5 O: XISO/TS 16949:2009 introduces no new or changed requirements. ISO 9001:2008 is based on clarifications or amendments to the existing requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and those that are intended to improve consistency with ISO 14001:2004.

Application of the clarifications related to ISO 9001:2008 requirements in the boxed text of ISO/TS 16949:2009 is effective not later than 120 days after the release of ISO/TS 16949:2009.

认证机构和组织需要及时理解TS 2009版的修正条款并应用于实践。在2009版的方框内的文字里，与2008版要求相关的阐述将在ISO/TS 16949:2009发布后的120天内生效。

: ^2 c- v- A  r, ?0 q$ V3) Certification status to ISO/TS 16949:2002

0 @+ O( m9 Q" e7 \The certification status to ISO/TS 16949:2002 remains in effect for the certification life. Certification to ISO/TS 16949:2009 is recognized with the effective date of the release of ISO/TS 16949:2009. The certification to ISO/TS 16949:2009 is not an upgrade and its term is the same as the current ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate.

TS 2002的认证文件及证书依然有效。TS 2009的认证自ISO/TS 16949:2009发布生效之日起开始。ISO/TS 16949:2009认证并不是比当前所用的2002更高级的认证，两者证书的期限是一样的。

7 B+ K- n$ t" `' _9 H) uIATF recognized certificates to ISO/TS 16949:2009 may be issued upon request by an organization (client) after official publication and after a regularly scheduled surveillance audit, but are not required until the next recertification audit

7 @8 e+ c9 k4 [ISO/TS 16949:2009官方发布以后，由组织或个人提出申请，并经过定期的有计划的监督和审核，受IATF认可的ISO/TS 16949:2009证书方能发放。但是在下一次换发新证的审核之前不作要求。
