大家好，请教下！UL859 第42.1 Cord Flexing Test 中的转尾1000次摇摆，在42.3里说的对于转尾结构的电器，在42.2的测试时，让转尾锁定在其位置上（个人的理解应该是发夹可以转动540度来回，但转尾不应跟着转动）；接着进行第44点的转尾寿命测试：44.2中也提到转尾结构需按42.2的方法进行100000次测试。这里的10万次测试应是不固定转尾进行测试的。
但我们现在有一家客户说这个1000次要把转尾固定起来进行测试，在经540旋转时，转尾跟着旋转。目前配套的扁线类型很多型号都过不了这个标准！不知道他们的这种测试方法是否就是安规要求？

, o3 m" h! t4 k! z$ q1 J; x1 t9 f注意看文字细节啊。42.3是对42.2的补充，转尾在线上的才要锁死Swivel。其他的不需要。也就是说，42.3是42.2的一种特殊情况，特殊情况锁死，其他不锁死。
你现在的理解是全部锁死。。。。。。。

; E3 F: N$ I1 l+ N最近有研究这个标准吗？他一分钟10个循环的，有转尾就需要锁死，然后10万次的那个寿命测试就不用锁死，我现在纳闷的是锁死转尾的理由是啥，感觉不符合客人使用环境啊，如果是直接护线套还能理解

这里考虑的是转尾在一个固定位置没转动时的使用一定次数（或者转尾异常卡死，概率小）的情况

我问了几个整机那边都很模糊，有说不需要做锁死测试的，只需要符合49.2中的三点要求就行，然后现在客人嘛一定要我做6000的，然后锁死的，怎么做都过不了
