公司最近要出一批LED埋地灯到德国，但是证书上只能写防护等级是IP44等级，没有达到IP65的最低要求，但是认证公司说可以在测试报告中说明灯是可以达到IP65要求的，他们给出的原因是配套的变压器防护等级是IP44,所以整灯防护等级只能是IP44.请问各位前辈给出这样的证书是否合理，关键是这样的证书是否在德国能够使用？？？？

9.2 Tests for ingress of dust, solid objects and moisture

number marked on the luminaire.

Where connection is made by a plug or a similar device then this shall be regarded as part of
the complete luminaire and shall be included in the tests and similarly for any separate

上文大意是若用插头,电线之类连接电源, 则应在IP测试中一起测试,并有相应的IP等级.
8 E0 E2 Y0 ~2 y个人理解,若埋地灯整灯只有IP44的等级, 而灯部分能达到IP65,除非你在说明书中要求客户只能
$ _, E0 l6 o3 x# w% w, G6 X把变压器用在IP44的环境中,而你的客户也接受这种做法,否则应该是不行的.
