现在抛出问题 ;我的充电器输出端子插入电池座是不可触摸的,输出是 29.4V 2A,正常异常测试输出都小于42.4V,

但莱茵按照 safety isolating transformer的定义 一定要求我变压器输出端要小于42V,才能做60335-2-29的GS,我个人
