奶嘴与机底距离小于3mm 需进行750的灼热丝测试吗？
Fuse夹与机身塑胶距离小于3mm需进行750的灼热丝吗？为何吖？产品是有人看管器具，座式搅拌机

奶嘴本身就是连接载流体的，要考核灼热丝，它与是否和机底接触无关。如果奶嘴本身获得认证表明能过750度灼热丝，则可以不用测试。（注：超过0.5A才需要750，其他650），FUSE夹也依此类推。

按新标准，奶嘴应该属于小部件，不做灼热丝。

不是小部件不做灼热丝，很多人都说小部件不用做灼热丝，那是断章取义的理解，其实小部件不用做灼热丝是有前提要求的，请参看30.3.2
The glow-wire test of IEC 60695-2-11 with a test severity of 750 !C or 650 !C as appropriate,
is also not carried out on small parts. These parts shall
  comprise material having a glow-wire ignition temperature (GWIT) of at least 775 !C or
675 !C as appropriate, or
  comprise material having a glow-wire flammability index (GWFI) of at least 750 !C or
650 !C as appropriate, or
  comply with the needle-flame test (NFT) of Annex E, or
  comprise material classified as V-0 or V-1 according to IEC 60695-11-10 provided that the
test sample used for the classification was no thicker than the relevant part of the
appliance.

FUSE两端有连接点，个人认为也是要考虑灼热丝测试

只要带电部件与塑胶部件都需要按支撑带电部件的进行灼热丝测试
