Conduct electrical product safety test as well as performance test on electrical products according to standards or testing methods( G8 C4 p) z" j% Q- j* I
( U2 B& F& g$ D+ T" pDuties & Responsibilities:- y# L/ d: k0 H; y! T8 H
-Respect and apply the test program defined by the offer.
1 E" b1 v1 x' q- t& ?-Pick the samples from login clerks+ e4 x8 D. K- \6 p6 u) y$ Y) S$ ~
-Prepare the samples for testing using prescribed testing methods, following testing standards / specifications, as required., J2 p) F4 p" T% S! w( e N' G3 N
-Prepare test plan for lab
5 m9 Z7 I) c2 U) _* V- \-Issue test data sheets for recording the test results / findings.1 v- e4 w$ t( A* o5 K! a M8 I
-Apply the standards with appropriate test methods defined by LCIE china procedures when applicable& R) h9 s1 |) r4 q" ~% Q
-Apply the interpretations sheets (OSM, CTL, LCIE, EK1, EK 9, etc…) during the tests
% V e7 C* m6 J- v; M- `, e-Perform construction checks and other testing on electrical products according to prescribed testing methods, standards / specifications appropriate to the sample, as required, as complexity warrants.+ V" U8 N* n0 f- m6 o
-Accurately record test data and equipments used for tests, if applicable6 p( ~/ _' U+ ~7 k
-Record the consumable use, if needed
7 {% ~5 Q, J& b5 E+ ?-Support and supervise if needed testing engineer to conduct testing according to relevant standards.
2 {8 @% W* C& `# \8 e$ P-Review test results / data provided by testing engineer.
+ U" k" Y" c" F) G$ l: t-Manage the samples for subcontracted tests
- L: ]# U2 a6 ?+ _-Review the results provided by the subcontracting labs
0 H; L7 Y- n& q- {9 w- f+ \. ~-Prepare test reports
9 f$ k! S' {' B; O" h-Transfer for signatory the test folders with all technical documents
" [5 D. o8 Q, X( A# s1 K-Transfer the samples to login clerks when tests are finished/ ]+ D% ^5 i8 }: p: _
-Provide feedback to testing Manager regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.
% C O- i* J) _0 G-Perform the lab test for the inspection team$ u5 d" |* z9 P8 S, @
-Update the folder status in Bistra% I) k2 p9 t: K7 L
" f) _' ]$ o0 A; m/ U/ w8 `8 JQuality & A7 D- [) r6 [& Q8 \
-Follow the internal quality system of LCIE China6 s, t3 y8 ~ q& a4 E# w+ @6 g6 C
-Adhere to BV CPS quality requirements7 c) ~0 }$ P3 f
