请大家谈谈对连接引线的理解吧，我碰到一款灯具，按60598-2-18做，但对连接引线不符合标准要求的这条不太明白。连接引线与不可拆卸软线的区别在哪里呢，大家能谈谈吗

connecting leads (tails):

means of connection to the supply, the manufacturer of the luminaire

shall be specified or the following shall be defined:
- the type of terminal (screw/screwless);

- rated voltage;
