. V- Z1 k' W; ?% @9 r    Develops and recommends budgets for assigned area and conducts activities in accordance with corporately established plans and budgets. - z2 ^/ k8 ?9 K* E
    Manages activities of assigned area toward accomplishment of established business unit objectives.
5 E+ |6 r) p* ^* R* Y1 A9 ?8 i    Reviews organization and staffing plans in assigned area to achieve established business unit objectives.
7 s, i) F3 i0 |/ Q5 ]7 w, j4 r    Manages staff development activities and implementation of reengineering activities in assigned area.
3 O9 }" f& F$ o3 J# |4 D' o/ M/ L    Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.- h/ X( D" @& X- B9 N9 Y

    Working knowledge of concepts and principles in own technical/subject area and a general understanding of other functional areas within the division.
. v" `# O! v# r    University degree (equivalent to a US Bachelor's degree) in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- W! N1 F5 k8 Y/ v5 |: C    Generally five years of related experience.
4 M5 C/ {+ {: A4 M0 M' V* q  }•    Be Familiar with the Principle and Construction of at least one of the following products: 3 Q1 M3 q4 B7 z' m7 T9 O; b; G
o    Office automation equipment, power supply, telecommunication equipment etc.4 F% Z& E  |; O* u5 z! E4 b
o    Wire & Cable, Industrial Control Equipment.
5 r% c2 h6 u+ ^o    Household appliance such as air-conditioner, refrigerator, water cooler, heating appliance, and cooking appliance.

/ d( p# t1 n. U7 h% FAdditional Skills/Requirements        
! |- i/ B  |8 d4 [) W, U        
0 @7 \3 g2 q* q$ {    Solid experience gained from testing laboratory products and in-depth knowledge of the industry and trend.8 H! S6 @# ^% i5 ^
    Familiar with international testing standards.1 s$ b& x% I9 ]/ M
    Chinese reading, fluency in both English and Mandarin are preferred.
4 Z8 J+ s; }& X5 t" C9 u5 b    Mature and independent.
0 m4 P6 ~% ^# C    Good communication, customer focus and time management skills.

我到决得今年的猎头公司活动比较频繁,应该说这个行业比较缺人吧,我都被骚扰过多次了。

当我有时候对安规这行迷惘时,我有考虑过去做猎头~~~哎,可惜做不来!

不同找猎头的。简历给猎头,猎头不懂,也是要转给招聘公司看的。是不是招聘公司想要的人才,他自己一看就知道。
