Compliance to this clause is established when :

& m# ~% b. c+ R5 Q5 R& G$ y7 K6 jmanufacturer has in place all relevant procedures, both the design and processes of the
product, to address Clause 2.6 of IEC 62133. This SD shall be signed by a person
legally entitled to represent the manufacturer;
or
