绝缘距离不够，但是耐压可以通过。

各位有遇到过这样的情况：绝缘距离不够，但是耐压可以通过的吗？
我今天对一个绝缘距离不够的线性变压器测试，但是却过了，这个怎么办？是不是两者都要满足才行？？？？

这个也是不合格的,
绝缘距离跟耐压有一定关系,但没有必然关系.
距离不过,说明就是有问题,假如环境恶劣一点,耐压可能就过不了了.

First of all, how I can explain:
the dielectrical strength test is to verify the insulation characteristics of the products or components, but the spacing (including the creepage and clearance distance) is to guarantee the insulation performance of the products. so at the total begining of the RD stage, you must fufill the requirements of the spacings of your products' standards, and then use the dielectrical tests to verify its performance, but the test itself can not be used to replace the requirements of the spacings, or used to decrease the requirements of the spacings....

按照60335来说的话，绝缘距离属于29章对距离的要求，而耐压属于16章对电气强度的要求，两者不重复，也不矛盾，都要满足才可以的。
绝缘距离不够的话，可以采取增加绝缘层数（按照60335-1第29章的要求，单层可以满足1750V 1分钟耐压的话，用2层这样的绝缘可以充当附加绝缘，用3层这样的绝缘可以充当加强绝缘）的方式来做。
