1. Check the surger protector's datasheet to check whether the dielectric performance is higher than the whole product's requirement, if not, I think it's the surge protector's issue;
o8 S- p. H/ m. d2. Check if there are some capacitors with low voltage rating, if there are, disassemble them or change the test voltage from AC to DC;

7 U& s2 I. V- j4. If all above proves that there is still a problem when doing this test, then verify the products step by step, try to find out which section or which components can not fulfill the test's requirement, then solve it...
