Make and actualize the workshop plans. Lead the followers.& U5 e E1 Q& ^* D: ~$ [
Responsibilities:; ?) @2 z2 Q) |: E3 X h
1、Make production plans according to the direction of production manager and the demands from market. Investigate and analysis the completion of tasks.$ g6 t& J M6 T" o2 o
2、Supervise the process on-site. Control the cost and make relevant plans.
/ w( b1 }+ p8 O3、Help the manager balancing the annual working plans. Make known to lower levels the monthly plans
! W- q- E0 o* F* \4、With the cooperation of HR dept., organize the hiring, training, assessment and management works.
# S( e! u2 q5 J1 c0 `5、Help the manager drawing dept. budget. Examine and approve the cost in every taches.) l1 `0 h2 v- P* p2 H
6、Cooperate with the R. & D. dept. to develop new product. Improve technologies and working process. Improve quality.

Qualification for the position:& w; M2 J, y- E2 x! c3 i; d
Educational background :/ G$ o8 }( @" \) u, U
Undergraduate and above, mechanics, electronics or relevant majors.
; `' ?; N' d; VTraining experience: , q4 l' j2 R8 E4 r# `' W
Have corresponding training/working experience in project management and knowledge about products.
3 ^( V( H" Q" ~" E7 E# n7 TWorking Experience:
& D6 ]; V" `1 Y, d* {3-5 years on relevant positions
4 J. X$ p2 }5 ~1 K/ F! q% ~Working Skills :" D$ k$ O$ U5 u. x
Familiar with the process procedures and principles of company products. Familiar with the material supply channel. Familiar with the quality standard. Can operate relevant computer software. A good command of English.2 l$ A3 a' n. ?8 y$ ]$ Y8 m w
